Management of personal data

In France, personal data are protected by Act No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

Personal data and processing purposes

When using the site may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

The webmaster and publication manager collects on the site personal data from Internet users who have contacted her via the online contact form.

Personal data is stored on the hosting servers located in France via the company o2switch as described in the legal notices and the presentation of the site.

Storage period for personal data

The webmaster and publication manager keeps this personal data, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, for a maximum period of three years from the last contact with the Internet user, whether at the initiative of the webmaster and publication manager or the Internet user.

At the end of this period or in the event of the exercise of its rights by Internet users, the webmaster and publication manager undertakes to destroy any copy of the personal data of Internet users that she holds.

Security of personal data

The webmaster and publication manager undertakes, as part of her obligation, to take all necessary precautions and to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in this regard to guarantee an appropriate level of security and to protect the personal data of Internet users against alteration, destruction and unauthorised access.

Rights of Internet users over their personal data

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him/her.

Confidentiality of personal data

The webmaster and publication manager guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data processed. 

In France, databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 with the Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
